Epic Impact Formula: FeMC2
We educate families on effective strategies to involve, include and inspire their children in academic and life endeavors. Family engagement is a top priority to sustaining success.
By using our Epic Impact Formula FeMC2, students develop both persistence and intelligence in education.
We provide VIP Mentorship. Virtual Mentorship via online resources, In-House Mentorship through on-site empowerment Coaches, Peer Mentorship through peer leader development.
We empower students by providing exposure, preparation and access to college and career resources. Students meet college representatives and industry professionals through our Empowerment workshops, college fairs, and speaker series.
Families are engaged through various workshops that expose them to all of the services our members will receive. We educate families on effective strategies to involve, include and inspire their child. We see family engagement as a top priority to ensuring long-term success.
Students gain access and exposure to dedicated mentors who provide sound academic, personal, and career advice. Mentorship at AIMHighEI happens at three levels. Empowerment Coaches, Peer-to-Peer Mentorship and Industry Professional Mentorship. Access to a mentor is key to ensuring success for these young men.
Our members are exposed to colleges through various college fairs and workshops on choosing the right college. Workshops on applying to college, essay writing and financial aid options are discussed.
Professionals from various industries expose students to different career paths through literature, discussions, and potential internship opportunities. Students will also be exposed to job readiness strategies.
